1. General

These Terms of Service govern all purchases made through the Long Whiskers online store. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms.

2. Orders and Contract Formation

Orders placed through the online store constitute an offer to purchase goods. A contract is formed only when the order is confirmed or the goods are dispatched.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order in cases including pricing errors, suspected fraud, unavailability of goods, or other legitimate operational reasons.

3. Prices and Payment

The seller is not VAT registered. All prices are displayed without VAT. Payments are processed via third-party providers. We do not store full payment card details.

4. Delivery

Delivery is handled by third-party providers, including Packeta (Zásilkovna) and other logistics partners where applicable. The standard delivery period is up to 14 days unless stated otherwise for a specific product or order. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.

5. Defects, Warranty and Complaints

Consumers may claim defects in accordance with the Czech Civil Code and other applicable laws. The complaint handling period is up to 30 days unless the law requires otherwise.

Normal wear and tear is not considered a defect. Fading, shrinkage, or damage caused by washing, improper care, misuse, or ordinary use over time is not considered a defect.

A genuine manufacturing defect or other legally recognized defect may still be subject to a valid complaint.

6. Intellectual Property

All artwork, branding, designs, images, text, and other content published by Long Whiskers are the intellectual property of Long Whiskers or its licensors. No reproduction, copying, distribution, or commercial use is permitted without prior written consent.

7. Fraud and Chargebacks

Orders suspected of fraud may be cancelled. Unjustified chargebacks or abusive conduct may result in refusal of future orders and the enforcement of our legal rights. We may rely on order, shipment, and communication records in the event of a dispute.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and all contractual relationships between the customer and the seller are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.

9. Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from these Terms or related purchases shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights.
